Tanya Voltchanskaya

I'm a photographer with 10 years of experience with a passion for portraiture. My background is mainly in music, press, cinema and wedding (named Capture Magazine's Top 10 Emerging Wedding Photographers of 2019) but I really enjoy working in fashion and fine-art. To date, I have worked with The Guardian, VICE and Fairfax Media, and my work is frequently published in magazines such as Hello May and Together Journal. I'm Melbourne-based but can travel to Sydney, Perth and Brisbane (if COVID-restrictions permit). I'm an extremely compassionate, strong-willed and empathetic person. When I’m not photographing or working, I am a homebody living with my chihuahua-cross in regional Victoria. I enjoy brewing coffee, exploring my creative side with floristry and interior design, and enjoy the sounds of every possible sub-genre of alternative music you could find.
