Ty is a personal trainer and functional health coach based in Melbourne. He is extremely passionate about his work, and in devoted to ongoing study and personal development. His body transformation philosophy centres around a holistic view of the human body, and the balancing of all elements of human health - including the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
To date, I have worked with Fitness First Magazine to produce content for their website and social media in the form of videos and articles. There I did a beginner bodybuilding workout for new trainees and had quotes published in the June Fitness First Magazine. I am available for collaborations in Australia, and can travel to wherever I am needed.
I have a lust for life and a mission to educate the world in how to look after themselves better, achieve perfect health and the highest of their genetic expression in mind, body and spirit.
