Vincenzo’s Plate is a You Tube channel with a focus on cooking, determined to teach the world, one video recipe at a time that you don’t need to be a professional chef to impress friends, family and yourself with mouth-watering Italian dishes right out of your very own kitchen, whilst having a laugh (and a glass of vino!). Food enthusiast and comedian, Vincenzo Prosperi, is a 30-something year old Italian-born food lover. Now living in Sydney, his channel launched in late 2013, and his videos have collectively had millions of views and he has reached thousands of subscribers. Vincenzo created his You Tube channel with an aim to equip those interested, with the basics in Italian cooking (to start off with), teaching traditional techniques he has learnt from his Nonna (Grandmother), with a few twists and turns intertwined through every recipe.
