Yatu Widders Hunt

I am Yatu Widders Hunt, a proud Indigenous Australian who is a communications professional and Indigenous fashion advocate. I currently work in Indigenous PR and run a successful online community (Insta and Facebook) called Australian Indigenous Fashion with a following of over 20k on Instagram and almost 15k on Facebook. I have a strong background in government and politics and have also worked as a journalist and presenter for a range of media outlets. I have been a spokesperson and advocate for the Indigenous Fashion commnity (and other issues) and have appeared on a panel at the Legacy Fashion Summit, spoken at Barangaroo, appeared on Channel 9 and NITV and also curated the Tjungu Indigenous Fashion Show at Uluru. I am interested in working to promote Indigenous fashion and art and am open to working with fashion events/weeks, museums, galleries and other brands who support this important issue.
