The problem

Agencies don't have time
to build creator relationships
from scratch every campaign.

Most agencies are running multiple campaigns simultaneously for multiple clients. The manual approach — building creator lists, sending cold outreach, chasing responses, negotiating in DMs, tracking deliverables in spreadsheets — doesn't scale. And it starts from zero every single time.

The Right Fit replaces that with a structured workflow. Post a brief for each campaign, receive high-intent applications, move the right creators through to proposal and collab. The same process every time, regardless of client vertical.

How it works

How agencies run creator
campaigns on The Right Fit.

  1. 01

    Post a brief

Build a campaign brief for each client — brand requirements, content type, platform, compensation, deliverables. Each brief is broadcast to matched creators on the platform.

    Manage your applicants

Applications from high-intent creators land in one place for you to review. Review creator analytics, compare applicants across campaigns, and shortlist the right fits. Every application represents a creator who's read the brief and raised their hand.

    Proposal, collab, payment: on-platform

The contrast

Brief-first means predictable
campaigns, not one-off wins.

The standard approach

  • Build a list per client
  • Send cold messages
  • Chase for rates
  • Negotiate in DMs
  • Track in spreadsheets
  • Start from zero next campaign

Friction before a single piece of content is commissioned — repeated for every client, every campaign.

On The Right Fit

  • Post one brief per campaign
  • Creators apply — every campaign
  • Intent is built in
  • Review your applicants
  • Proposal, collab, payment
  • Same workflow, every client

The platform is built for volume. The workflow is the same whether you're running one campaign or ten.
